Both Jodie and Christine are long-standing ANKC registered breeders and proudly consider themselves co-breeders across Victoria and South Australia.
Hello and welcome!
I’m Christine Faint — owner, breeder, handler, and ANKC licensed judge of Hound Group 4, Toy Group 1, and Utility Group 6. Under the Cadiz prefix, I have proudly bred, owned, and exhibited Afghan Hounds, Chinese Cresteds, and Pyrenean Mountain Dogs, producing numerous Specialty Best In Show (SBIS) Champions.
A very special thank you goes to Jodie of Glanore Cresteds for so generously sharing her bloodlines, knowledge, and passion with me. Most importantly, our journey together has grown into a wonderful friendship founded on a mutual love of the enchanting Chinese Crested breed.
Chinese Cresteds have been part of Jodie’s life since 2002 and Christine’s since 2007. Together, we are passionate about the rewarding hobby of breeding and exhibiting outstanding Cresteds, striving to maintain the exceptional standards established through our carefully selected Australian and imported bloodlines.
We are dedicated to preserving the qualities that make the breed so distinctive — sound movement, level toplines, correct structure, and true breed type. We hold very high expectations for what a Chinese Crested should offer, both as a successful show dog and as a cherished family companion.
Our dogs are family first, show dogs second.
We are also deeply grateful for the kindness, mentorship, and generosity of Linda Millot of Saxor Kennels. Through her support, we have been fortunate to welcome two exceptional imports from Finland, beautifully complementing our breeding program and strengthening the type, correct conformation, and showy attitude we value so highly.
